Designed together with studio z00, in collaboration with Arkeon, our concept was that new food sources are accepted when we start to approach people as eaters, rather than consumers. When an eating experience fully immerses the senses, we accept many new food sources and formats, and this immersive world is what we brought to life in our installation.

An installation designed in response to the question of how alternative protein sources will be accepted in the future, especially those produced in a laboratory.
